This hotel is a hidden gem in the heart of the city. The location is perfect, with major attractions and shopping areas just a short walk away. The staff are incredibly friendly and provide excellent service, making you feel right at home. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with attention to detail and basic amenities that exceed expectations. And the breakfast served here is a great way to start your day, especially the refreshing iced coffee.
All was absolutely fine during my stay at this hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located near a popular shopping center. It sits on the main road, making it accessible to the majority of tourists who want to stay close to the city's main attractions. the area is vibrant, with plenty of good restaurants and bars surrounding the hotel, perfect for an enjoyable stay.
The hotel's staff was a bit lacking in their professionalism.

The room was basic but clean and comfortable.
The staff are probably the hotels biggest downfall. There was no minibar in our room to cool our water bottles. The reception is very dark. The location of the hotel is quite central but right in the middle of Phnom Penhs illegal red light district.

The staff was incredibly nice and kind, making sure I felt welcome throughout my stay. The location was perfect, with many tourist attractions and restaurants within walking distance. I loved that the room rate included breakfast, and there were several options to choose from. One of my favorite things about the room was the balcony, which faced west and provided a lovely view. The bed was also comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. Lastly, the iced coffee served at breakfast was a delightful touch.
All was great, no complaints here!

Beautiful rooms. Helpful and friendly staff.
Breakfast too basic. Located a little bit of a walk out of town. If prices of drinks in the bar were cheaper then I would have stayed in.

Room was clean and bright, with a comfy bed. There was a friendly bilingual staff and nice toiletries. The hotel was situated close to a major road which made getting around easy, and there were plenty of local shops, bars, and restaurants within walking distance.
The hotel was a bit noisy at night due to loud music from nearby clubs, which made it difficult to sleep. the breakfast could use some improvement and the Wi-Fi was spotty at best.

Very warm and friendly staff.Wi-fi being updated for better coverage on all floors. Good choice of breakfast.
Although nicely situated it was a bit awkward walking the first few 100 metres until you reached the open pavement.Gloomy un kept apartments and pavement obstructions everywhere in the initial metres.Take a Tuc Tuc.

The hotel offers a free breakfast with a wide variety of choices and the staff is friendly. the location is great, near popular tourist attractions and with easy access to transportation. the room had air conditioning and hot water, making for a comfortable stay.
The room was quite small and the bathroom was not up to standard. There was only one elevator and it was often busy or not working.

The hotel was quite clean, quite in a central position, close to the main tourist attractions of the city.
I booked a superior double room, with safe, wi-fi and city view. We were given a room with these equipment, but some minutes after the staff came upstairs, they apologized and told us that they have make a mistake and we had to change room. The room we were given had no safe and no wi-fi connection, was smaller and on the back-side of the hotel, while the other one was on the main side. So the room did not correspond to what I booked and to the features stated in Booked.net.
